How do I cancel a reservation?

If you booked through a Travel Agent

Reservation made through travel agent, the booking confirmation can only be provide by your travel agent. Please contact them directly 

If you booked through official Hotel website or Hotel reservation (phone, email, live chat or WhatsApp)

Reservation made through Hotel's website or Hotel reservations,

- If you booked under Advance Purchase and packages, your reservation are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

- If you booked under Best Flexible Rates, cancellation allowed for up to 14 days prior to arrival on normal season and 30 days prior to arrival on high season without a penalty fee. For your cancellation inquiry, please kindly send the details (booking under name, stay period and cancellation details) to [e-mail].
