If you booked through Travel Agent

Reservation made through travel agent, only can be provide by the travel agent. Please contact them directly to modify your reservation.

If you booked through official Hotel website or Hotel reservation (phone, email, live chat or WhatsApp)

Reservation made through Hotel's website or Hotel reservations, inquiry such as change date, bedding type, extend/shorten stay and etc will be subject to availability and new rates might be applied. You can send a request for a modification of an existing reservation by contact us via website live chat or WhatsApp at [phone].
